Quinta de Góios

The Quinta de Góios, located in Marinhas, Esposende, was the countryside residence of António Pereira da Motta – the Baron of Esposende, dedicated to wine production since 1874. Balancing his business ventures in Brazil (Fortaleza – Ceará) with his stays in Portugal, the estate has been maintained over the years to offer us a light, fresh, aromatic wine with moderate alcohol content.

Quinta de Góios wine is of limited and exclusive production from our vineyards, with the predominant grape varieties being Loureiro, Trajadura, and Pedernã. The “Quinta de Góios” White Vinho Verde is an ideal wine to pair with white meats, fish, and seafood. To fully enjoy its flavour, it should be served between 8 and 10ºC.
